The Ice Gel is ideal for combining with other products from the Energy Line.
The Ice Gel is used during exercise to cool your body internally. To do this, you must first put the gel in the freezer so it can freeze properly. After you take it out of the freezer, the gel can be used after about 20 minutes as Slush Gel.
